About

My name is Eji Eze Stenlund, and I am a mother of two teenagers.

My life has been shaped by change.

I grew up in Nigeria and moved to Sweden at 18, leaving behind familiarity and stepping into a new life, a new culture, and new possibilities.

Over time, I built a career, a family, and a life here.

Professionally, I bring over 20 years of experience in leadership, product development, and organisational transformation.

I’ve worked as an Agile Coach, Product Owner, and leadership consultant, supporting individuals, teams, and organisations through complexity, uncertainty, and change.

Through this work, I developed a deep understanding of change, not just as something we manage in organisations, but as something we live through as human beings.

And then, in 2016, everything changed.

I lost my partner, and suddenly found myself navigating grief, motherhood, and an intense career, all at once.

In that space, one question emerged ...

What if I could still thrive… even in this life, exactly as it is?

That question became the beginning of a deeper journey.

Over time, it became clear that the shift I was searching for wasn’t external, it was internal.

I began to explore what it means to reconnect with yourself,
to understand your inner world, and to create change from a place of clarity rather than pressure.

This is what led me to coaching.

Today, I am training as a Wayfinder Life Coach,
and stepping into my coaching practice,
supporting individuals, leaders, and organisations in navigating change
with more clarity, self-leadership, and intention.

I bring together my background in leadership and transformation
with a deeper focus on the individual:

  • how we think

  • how we feel

  • how we make decisions

  • and how we move forward in life

At the core of my work is a simple belief -

When you reconnect with yourself, everything changes.

Come back to yourself,
and to the life you want

At times, life can feel like being out at sea in a storm,
searching for somewhere to land.

I’ve felt that too.

What I’ve learned is this,
what you’re looking for isn’t out there, it’s within you.

A place where you feel clear, steady, whole.

My work is about helping you return there,
and then move forward in a way that feels right for you.
