About me
Hi,
I'm Eji, and I live in Stockholm with my two teenage sons.
I grew up between two cultures, with a Swedish mother and a Nigerian father. When I was eighteen, I moved to Sweden to continue my education, a journey that shaped not only my career, but my whole life.
For more than twenty years, I've worked in leadership, product development, and organisational development, in roles ranging from manager and Product Owner to Scrum Master, Agile Coach, and consultant.
Throughout my career, what has inspired me most has not been frameworks or methodologies. It has been people: helping individuals discover what they are capable of, leaders grow with confidence and self-awareness, and teams find healthier ways of working and achieving meaningful results.
Some of my greatest learning, however, has come through life itself.
Navigating significant change and loss while raising my two sons and building a demanding career led me to explore deeper questions about resilience, self-leadership, and what it means to truly thrive.
Along the way, I came to understand how profoundly our experience of work and life is shaped not only by our circumstances, but by the perspectives and beliefs we hold. When those begin to shift, new possibilities can emerge.
That journey changed the way I understand growth and inspired me to become a Transformational Life Coach.
Today, I bring together more than twenty years of leadership and organisational development experience with transformational coaching, supporting individuals, leaders, and teams to create meaningful and sustainable change.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief:
When we create greater awareness and alignment within ourselves and the way we work together, we open the door to new possibilities, meaningful growth, and a life and work that feel more fully our own.
